Cancellations

The order is valid for 14 days and will be automatically cancelled in case the client does not make a down payment in advance during this time. Once credited, we'll make in 1-3 labor days your ordered silver jewellery ready for shipping or start with the creation of your pet hair-jewel. Our artistic pet hair jewels are unique pieces, created upon order and for this reason it will be not possible to cancel the order or return the goods. For our artisan silver design jewellery,, please consult the separate Cancellation Policy below.

 

Undelivered Shipments

In shipments returned by Post or courier for reasons not related to MiMiga (error in the address provided by the customer, error of the transport company or any other reason that makes delivery impossible), we'll refund the price of articles acquired, not assuming any responsibility regarding the shipping expenses, which the customer - when applicable - must claim from the transport company. At customer's request we can also resend the order, bearing the customer the new shipping costs.

 

Guarantee and Devolutions

Our merchandise is placed in hands of the transport service in perfect conditions. In case the delivery results damaged, please demand directly the carrier. Guarantee and guarantee for defects according to current legal regulations.

 

Limitation of Responsibility
The silver jewellery and silver elements of the jewels customized with pet hair can darken with time and/or use. A special cleaning product will restore the original luster. The gold bath can wear off eventually. We recommend not to shower with the jewel and avoid exposure to perfumes and creams.

 

Our artistic personalized jewels are created with the greatest love and care to accompany you, with proper care (not getting wet, nor expose to body-care products as creams and/or continued friction) during a long time. Nevertheless, every usually used object is subject to natural wear and MiMiga declines any responsibility of the same or for alterations suffered due to improper treatment.

 

If you share your life with animals we advise you to keep your jewels out of their reach. Some have real passion for fur objects.

 

All our jewels are inspected prior to delivery/shipment, and in normal conditions they should not break. We recommend to check your jewel periodically, because the silver used in artisan jewellery maintains certain ductility and may deform under pressure, like a strong pull. And the artisan glass pearls for jewellery, although resistant, may break if they fall or receive a strong impact. MiMiga cannot assume responsibility for accidents like falls or pulls which result in breakage of your jewel.

IMPORTANT: Due to the current COVID-19 situation we only ship to destinations in Spain (mainland).

We are sorry not being able to serve clients from the Balearic and Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, other EU countries and non-EU countries.

Prices and Taxes

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Right to cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

 

The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

 

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us, MIMIGA SL, Mochingo 1, 29010 Málaga / Spain, Mail: info@mimiga.es, Tel. +34 652 35 00 07, of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

 

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than (a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or (b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or (c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

 

You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

 

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
