Also Tony Wong turned to crowdfounding to open The Cat Café, with cats originating from local animal protection organisations, available for adoption. They like to put an special enfasis on cats with special needs, and show the visitors that they are great companians and how to care for them. They offer award-winning, high quality coffees, cold beverages and confectionary.

This is the second season of 5 month as pop-up café, originaly planned for only 1 month. The Dancing Cat is a Silicon Valley Pet Project initiative, a NGO dedicated to rescuing cats at risk from the San José shelter. Temporally home for 8-12 felines, they allow visitors to bring in coffee and their favorite snacks.
COLORADO

Space of art and literature and temporally home for 8 cats from 'For the Love of Paws' and 'Planet Pet', which are available for adoption.
They have coffes and teas, muffins and a mix of individually packed snacks.
Operating as gallery, they exhibit works from local artists and offer painting classes through Teller Street Galery. There's also a second hand book store.
FLORIDA

Over 223 m2 for shelter, pet store, promotion, education for kids and Florida's first cat café. Most of the cats come from Collier County Domestic Animal Services (DAS) and a looking for a a home.

Calico Nook is a NGO of volunteers, with the with the sole purpuse of helping rescue cats. There are several 'nooks' to acommodate yourself with a book, meet with a friend or caress a cat.
NEW YORK

"Koneko" means "kitty" in japanese, and the establishment, inspired by japanese cat cafés is the first american cat café + sake bar.
They offer coffee, tea, beers, wines, sake, snacks and confectionary and japanese inspired menues, Kitty Brunch on Thursday and Friday morning and a weekly event program round cats and japanese culture.
The 20 adoptable cats, which share rooms and outdoor catio, come from several NGO and have been at risk at beeing euthanized.

Little Lions has a tea lounge with views at the cat sanctuary (which you can visit, taking your food and beverage with you). There are 10-15 adoptable cats.
They serve teas, brunch, fresh made scones, patisserie, warm cookies and sandwiches.
Among other activities, they offer movie nights, storytelling and yoga with cats.

The feline inhabitante are from the no-kill organisation 'Kitty Kind' and can be adopted. There's free wifi, cat inspired confetionary and beverages from the nearby Meow Parlour Patisserie cercana. They organize special visits for kids.

The promoter is culinarian artist and yoya instructor. The establishment offers a selection of bakery and fresh desserts, a seasonal vegetarian menu with vegan and gluten free options.
The adoptable cats come from the rescue organisation Fat Katz Albuquerque.
OREGON

Acording to it's owner, Purrington'w follows models from Paris and Tokyo, with a mix of shelter, bar and coffee shop. Temporally home for 8-10 felines from the Cat Adoption Team, waiting to be adopted.
They offer a menu of small bites, sweets and cold and warm beverages.
